Randstad is seeking for an experienced and dynamic Head of General Trade to join our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the general trade strategy to drive sales growth and market share. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the General Trade landscape:
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the general trade sales team, providing direction, coaching, and support to ensure high performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key general trade customers and distributors
- Monitor and manage the general trade budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Defines short-term and long-term sales objectives and ensures the accomplishment of these objectives and the delivery of business results.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance analysis to senior management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus
- Proven experience in a senior sales management role within the FMCG industry, preferably in the general trade sector
- Experiences in the Modern Trade Channel is an added value
