Job Title: Head of FP&A - Luxury RetailCompany Overview:A leading retailer, known for delivering unparalleled customer experiences and exclusive high-end products.Position Overview:Seeking a strategic Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to shape financial strategy, drive profitability, and provide insights for informed decision-making.Responsibilities:- Financial Strategy:Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with business goals.- Budgeting and Forecasting:Lead annual budgeting, establish targets, and maintain accurate financial forecasts.- Performance Analysis:Implement robust financial models, conduct variance analysis, and provide actionable recommendations.- Business Partnering:Collaborate cross-functionally, acting as a strategic business partner to department heads.- Reporting and Presentations:Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification is a plus.- Proven FP&A leadership in retail or consumer goods.- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
