The Head of F&B Operations is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage service within the organization. This role involves strategic planning, managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving financial goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the F&B department's performance
- Set financial and operational goals and ensure they are met
- Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring high standards of quality and service
- Collaborate with chefs to design and update menus, ensuring a blanace between innovation and customer preferences
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to attract and retain customers
- Negotiate with suppliers and manage vendor relationship to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
- Prepare regular reports on F&B operations, including financial performance, customer satisfaction and staff performance
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Extensive experience in F&B management, preferably in a leadership role
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
