Key responsibilities:
- Drive strategic vision and lead planning and implementation to enhance business unit growth.
- Develop and propose impactful KPIs to measure and elevate performance.
- Build and implement best practices for field force capabilities and effectiveness.
- Define a clear roadmap, ensuring the team has relevant skills and competencies for future success.
- Create a motivational, business-driven rewards and recognition plan that inspires excellence.
- Oversee financial management and budgeting to support sustainable growth and strategic initiatives.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree and above
- Minimum 5 years of Sales Force Effectiveness, Commercial Excellence experience in the pharmaceutical, nutrition, health care industries
- Demonstrated experience of managing a team of less than 5 headcounts
- Commercial acumen, analytical and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels
