Our client is a reputable lifestyle goods company that offers high quality travel accessories products. As the business is growing globally, they are looking for a Head of Brand to join and further reinforce the brand's presence in the market.
about the team.Reporting to the Global CEO, you will be expected to take the lead in brand strategies by managing different teams such as marketing, creative, CRM and etc.

- Develop and lead the overall brand strategy to strengthen the brand's identity, positioning and equity in the market
- Define and maintain the brand's core values, personality, visual identity and messaging guidelines to ensure consistent brand experiences across all customer touchpoints
- Oversee the creation and deployment of all brand-related assets, including logo, packaging, advertising, website, social media and marketing collateral
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities to differentiate the brand and enhance its appeal with target customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand considerations are integrated into the development, promotion and sales of the brand's products
- Manage brand's public relations and communications, including media relations, influencer partnerships and event sponsorships
- Continuously monitoring and analyzing brand performance metrics, such as brand awareness, perception, loyalty, and equity, to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement innovative brand-building initiatives, including digital campaigns, experiential marketing and brand partnerships
- Serve as the brand steward and evangelist, ensure the entire organizaiton understands and champions the brand
skills & experiences required.
- Degree or above
- 12+ years of progressive experience in brand management within the retail sector (fashion, beauty, lifestyle, consumer goods, etc)
- Experience working with global or multi-market brand management is required
- Strategic thinking and problem solving abilities to address complex brand challenges
- Ability to think outside the box and introduce innovative, breakthrough brand ideas
- Strong leadership and people management skills to develop and motivate
- Proficient in English language; other Asia language ability would be a plus
