1. To compliance with the R&D strategy, Aseptic science and technology is the core competitiveness to win the next 10 years market.

2. As the head of Aseptic S&T, he/she should develop an aseptic relative strategy and build up core competency in the aseptic/chilled/ SP&BIB area.

3. Responsible for mission, objective, and strategy for microbiology research, aseptic technology development, and applied operational aseptic technology deployed work.

4. Responsible for aseptic/chilled/SP&BIB new aseptic technology and platform development, and existing platform validation which compliance with FDA request and fulfill local customer requirements.

5. Responsilble for microbiology-based source tracking platform and capability, which is in the leading edge of the industry, and also to follow our customers highly demanding.

6. Responsible for shelflife methodology for packaging and plan design.

skills and experience required.

1. PH.D in Microbiology, biotechnology or relative area.

2. 8 year or above experience in microbiology/ aseptic research work in equipment/ food industry/packaging / Lab research/ pharmacy.

3. With above 5 years professional leadership experience.

4. Good command of English and computer skills.

5. Good interpersonal communication skill and service-minded.
