- Prepare and present periodic management briefs to appraise the CEO/COO of project status.

- Stay updated with global trends and benchmarks in healthcare product innovations and services.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical /mechanical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in the design and development of healthcare devices and equipment.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality benchmarks in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
