1. Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company objectives in international markets.
2. Identifying and assessing potential new markets and customers.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients and partners.
4. Negotiating contracts and closing deals with international customers.
5. Managing and leading a team of sales professionals in international territories.
6. Conducting market research and analysing competitor activity.
7. Monitoring sales performance and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
8. Communicating with the CRM and plant team for timely execution of orders.
9. Payment follow-ups with customers.
10. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment and support for international sales activities.
