Position Overview:
A reputable construction company based in Egham is seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a valid CSCS card and preferably have a full UK driving license. This role requires a versatile individual capable of performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across various sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including but not limited to, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and basic electrical work.
- Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and within set deadlines.
- Collaborate with site managers and other tradespeople to ensure smooth operations on site.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing updates on work progress.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.
- Valid CSCS card (mandatory).
- Full UK driving license (highly desirable).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
