We are looking for skilled Groundworkers with specific experience in drainage systems and laying shingles. The successful candidate will be responsible for essential groundwork tasks, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain effective drainage systems on various sites.
- Lay shingles for driveways, paths, and other surfaces.
- Perform site preparation tasks, including excavation, leveling, and compacting.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently, following site regulations.
- Operate tools and machinery relevant to groundworks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in groundworks, specifically in drainage and shingle laying.
- Strong understanding of construction site safety practices.
- Ability to read site plans and work independently or as part of a team.
- A valid CSCS card is preferred.
- UK driving licence is an advantage.
