Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Grants Program, aligning with agency policy.
• Manage the full grant lifecycle, from promotion to acquittal.

• Maintain clear and accurate records to support transparency and accountability.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Recent experience in grant and contract management within local, state, or Australian government (essential).
• A detail-oriented approach to managing grant programs and agreements, especially during the EOFY variation process.
• Enthusiasm for collaborative work within a high-performing team.
• Demonstrated understanding of government procurement and tender assessment processes.
• Strong communication skills to effectively manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to balance competing priorities across multiple projects.
