Are you passionate about making an impact in healthcare while building lasting relationships with professionals in primary and secondary care? We are seeking a dedicated Medical Representative for a 12-month contract, with the potential for extension, to join our innovative and dynamic team in the pharmaceutical space.

About the Role:

As a Medical Representative, you will professionally, ethically, and competently represent a range of cutting-edge healthcare products to General Practitioners, Specialists, and other healthcare professionals within your designated territory. You’ll play a crucial role in driving sales growth, executing sales strategies, and building key relationships to support our market leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets within your territory while monitoring and analyzing market trends and performance data.
• Promote and detail products to healthcare professionals, including GPs and specialists, both in person and via remote communication.
• Develop and implement a Sales & Territory Business Plan that maximizes growth opportunities and effectively allocates resources.
• Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to support long-term strategic goals.
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to enhance market presence and product positioning.
• Provide timely and professional follow-up on customer inquiries, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.

About You:

• A background in science or medicine is preferred, though not essential. Tertiary qualifications and professional selling skills will be an asset.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present compelling arguments and build strong customer relationships.
• You are achievement-oriented, driven to succeed, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and supporting healthcare professionals in making informed decisions.
