- Complete responsibility for driving the revenue growth through Channel including market share and customer/ channel satisfaction in the assigned Territory/ State.
- Identifying, Developing and Managing Channel partners through the Channel Sales Managers to ensure complete market coverage across all segments in the assigned Territory/ State.
- Tracking of key regulatory/ policy developments in the assigned Territory/ State.
- Tracking the activities/ strategies of competitors in the assigned Territory/ State and formulating a suitable tactical response.
- Ensure achievement of targeted Revenue & EBITDA for C&I & Channel business for the assigned region.
- Work closely with the other members of the leadership team to ensure that revenues are generated from a long-term perspective with specific focus on Open Access & Group Captive orders.
- Lead the expansion and establishment of the business in the assigned region.
- Develop and maintain an excellent understanding of the key customers/target audience to ensure that their needs are being met and that their business is retained.
- Benchmark the current offerings and their performance against the competitors.
