Our Client is a market leader within their industry. They have a well-established presence of more than 20 years. With rapid expansion plan, they are now looking for a IT Manager - ERP Oracle HR / HRMS to join their team.

Your role involves:
Managing a lean Oracle HR team, this includes hiring, conducting performance appraisal and handling escalation
Oversee the maintenance and higher adoption rate of the recently upgraded Oracle Fusion HR system.
Implementing system enhancements and upgrades.Ensuring projects is implemented according to timeline, budget and scope.
Handling configuration and integration of the system to meeting user requirements
Managing external vendors, ensuring that SLA has been adhered to
Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least at least 7 years of experience in Oracle HR. At least 2 years of experience of direct team management. Proven track record in engaging with business stakeholders will be required for this role.
Candidates with regional / global exposure will be of added advantage.
