about the role
They are currently looking for a Global Mobility Employee Support Specialist to join them. Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following:-
- Acts as the initial point of contact for mobile employees, handling their calls, emails, and chats.
- Address employee questions and concerns, providing solutions and referring complex issues to specialists.
- Communicates effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients, translating documents and providing language support during meetings.
- Keep detailed records of interactions, follow prepared scripts, and collaborate with other specialists to improve customer service.
- Dedicated to providing a high level of customer service to ensure employee satisfaction.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Employee Support Supervisor, you will be working closely with other team members.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 1-3 years of experience in Global Mobility Employee Support or a relevant field. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual with fluency in both Mandarin and English, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Cultural understanding of Mandarin-speaking regions and knowledge of global mobility processes, including policies, compensation, relocation, immigration, and tax, are preferred.
