•Lead the sourcing, due diligence, and execution of investment opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and growth equity investments.•Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals, intermediaries, and potential investment targets to uncover new opportunities and access proprietary deal flow.•Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, market research, and valuation assessments to evaluate investment prospects and assess risk-return profiles.•Collaborate with the investment team to develop investment strategies, structure transactions, and negotiate terms to optimize investment outcomes.•Provide strategic guidance and oversight to portfolio companies, working closely with management teams to drive growth, operational improvements, and value creation initiatives.•Monitor portfolio performance, track key performance indicators, and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure alignment with investment objectives and maximize investor returns.•Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for senior management, investment committees, and investors, providing insights into investment opportunities and portfolio performance.

求められる経験
•Relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance, with a proven track record of successfully executing transactions and generating investment returns.
•Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills, with the ability to assess complex investment opportunities and evaluate strategic alternatives.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and influence decision-making at all levels.
•Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes across target sectors.
•Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
•Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior colleagues, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve common goals.
