• Collaborate with regional business engagement managers, commercial directors, and global stakeholders to identify, consolidate, and resolve issues related to the DMS rollout.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to manage the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the DMS, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to evolving business needs.
• Work with regional business engagement managers to gather feedback from regional commercial leads, ensuring that the DMS aligns with local and global business requirements.
• Act as a key point of contact for global DMS-related issues. Identify challenges, consolidate feedback, and escalate to HQ to facilitate problem resolution.
• Collaborate closely with various functions including IT, finance, sales, and commercial teams to ensure smooth system integration and operational efficiency.
• Assist in identifying the most suitable ERP system to integrate with the new DMS, aligning it with global business strategies.

skills and experience required
Proven experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager, ideally within the FMCG industry. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and how to apply them in complex, cross-functional projects.

Solid knowledge of Distributed Management Systems (DMS) with a track record of implementing or leading such systems. Experience working in a global context, engaging with multiple regions, and managing senior stakeholders
