As a Global Digital HR Specialist Employee Central your main purpose is to drive and valorise HoRizon Employee Central and Time off for our global HR function. This position acts at the intersection of HR and IT and translates the need for solid core HR structures in HoRizon into the right set up and usage of Employee Central including Time Off.
Accountabilities
- Subject Mattter expert on Time off for our global project to move this process to our two Shared Service locations
- Functional management of Employee Central including Time Off
- Analyze and develop global core HR processes via strong design of HoRizon (translate business requirements into technical solutions)
- Support senior Digital specialists and project managers to ensure projects andoperational work runs as efficient as possible
- Ensures in close cooperation with IT continuity of applications and compliancy to legal standards
- Ensures implementing improvements according to a continuous improvement mindset
Dimensions
- In this role you are part of the Digital HR Team and you will be reporting to the Global
- Head of Digital HR. You will be involved in a global project guiding the move to our two new Shared Service Center
Stakeholders
- Global project Horizon stream lead and external development partner
- Strong connection with Product Owner Service Delivery
- Works closely with IT stakeholders (e.g. architects and IT ServiceNow team)
