Responsibilities
-Prepare income statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports
-Create and review journal entries, month-end accruals, and variance analysis
-Maintain and reconcile billings and AR for large clients/accounts
-Analyze accounting variances and recommend improvements
-Perform month-end close duties, including balance sheet reconciliations
-Review accounting classifications and ensure compliance with company standards
-Assist with external and internal audit requests
-Support the implementation of best practices in accounting processes
-Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Qualifications
-3–5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting, preferably in a corporate environment
-University degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized institution
-CPA designation or in final stages of completion
-Proficiency with accounting systems (PSF preferred)
-Strong Microsoft Excel and general MS Office skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Detail-oriented with strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
-Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
-Experience working with external clients/customers and reporting is a plus
