・Preparation of accurate financial statements in both USGAAP and JGAAP・Prepare tax returns (corporate tax, consumption tax, depreciable assets tax, Withholding Tax) on time・Support Finance Head to implement & maintain Japan Key Control Procedures, such as: Fixed Assets Count, INV Count, T&E Policy/Procedures,・Coordinate daily works and/or process between foreign Share Service Center and JPN different departments or functions・Review and check Japan employees T&E claim・Manage banking matters & Cash Flow.・Coordinate & Support Fin Statement audits and SOX audits.
