We are looking for German-speaking Sourcing Recruiters to join our newly formed team and help attract top talent for one of our biggest and most exciting clients – the world’s largest automotive semiconductor company and a leading supplier of microcontrollers.
Location - Budapest , Hungary
What you will do:
- Source diverse candidates using various sourcing channels
- Collaborate with the Hiring Managers and Talent Advisors to understand the requirements of each role
- Conduct interviews with candidates
- Provide great candidate experience
What we would like you to have:
- Professional level of English and German is a must (you will work in both languages)
- Previous recruitment experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Autonomous, proactive and curious
- A flexible approach, as the new client implementation phase makes this role very dynamic
- Willing to work in a hybrid model (twice a month in Budapest office)
