key responsibilities
As a German Customer Support Representative, you will assist customers via inbound calls and online platforms, answering their inquiries, offering support, and selling products and services. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring customers are happy and their issues are solved quickly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:
- communicating with customers through calls and online channels, providing product and service information.
- processing customer orders and ensuring accurate information exchange.
- offering basic customer support and resolving inquiries.
- identifying the best solutions for each customer to ensure satisfaction.
skills
- fluency in German (this is a must!).
- a genuine interest in tourism and helping others.
- ability to manage multiple computer platforms at once.
