- provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools
- follow clients’ communication procedures and guidelines
- take the extra mile to engage customers
- our Agents should be genuinely excited to help customers, patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They should understand the value of good communication skills

- fluent, verbal and written in German (C1);
- excellent communication skills;
- strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;
- customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
