key responsibilities
As a German Back-Office Support Specialist, you’ll handle important administrative and legal tasks to ensure smooth processes for our clients. While this is not a client-facing position, your role will be vital in supporting lawyers, legal officers, and National Enforcement Bodies (NEBs).

Your main responsibilities will include:
- managing and resolving cases from passengers who believe their rights under EU regulations have not been respected.
- coordinating with legal agencies and NEBs in the relevant countries to address concerns before court action is necessary.
- ensuring all information is handled accurately and professionally to facilitate fair outcomes.
skills
- fluent level of German (C2) proficiency is essential.
- a minimum B2 level in English for effective written and spoken communication.
- strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and empathy.
- prior experience with GDS tools like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is a bonus.
- previous experience in back-office support or customer service is an advantage.
