- Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues, diagnosing hardware and software faults.
- Address and follow up on support inquiries from customers, partners, and team members.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and internal developers.
- Ensure responses are within agreed service level time frames.
- Manage multiple open cases and prioritise effectively.
- Work collaboratively to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems.
- Continuously enhance and share technical knowledge, exploring new technologies with the team.
skills & experience requirements
... - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience or strong interest in development or support on the Genesys platform.
- Knowledge or familiarity with the following technologies:
- HTML5 & CSS3
- Twitter Bootstrap, JQuery, Angular JS
- .Net framework
- Visual Basic
- JavaScript
- JSON, and Web Services (REST/SOAP) API or AJAX
- Understanding of Contact Center & Telephony Concepts on major platforms like CISCO, GENESYS, ASPECT, , AVAYA, etc., is a bonus.
- Proactive and independent with a keen interest in developing technical skills and achieving results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, customer-focused, with an analytic mindset.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
