Our client is a global strategy implementation consulting firm, providing strategy alignment and execution consulting services and designs customized business simulation, digital technology, and assessments to develop business acumen, leadership, and sales capabilities. Due to its expansion plans in Asia, they are looking for a General Manager to continue developing its business in China.
about the role
Overall management of the local business activities, including P&L responsibility
Develop our business by driving new sales and growing existing accounts, participating actively in client work, events, networking opportunities
Master the BTS portfolio of solutions and facilitate leadership development workshops and other client engagements at top quality
Ensure the smooth running of the team, providing an engaging, positive, motivating work environment which boosts, retains, and attracts talents
Work collaboratively with team members across BTS business practices and regions
about the candidate
Minimum 15 years’ experience in a consulting/leadership development industry
Candidates with a demonstrated track record of sales achievements with clients across a variety of industries would be strong preferred
Candidate MUST have experience in the Professional Services industry
Prior working experience in a European firm would be advantageous
Bilingual in Chinese and English.
