Develop and implement overall strategic vision and businses plan for the company
Identify new opportunities and expansion strategies to drive business growth
Analyze industry trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to inform decision making
Oversee the day to day business operations of the centers and ensure productivity is maximized
Establish operational policies, procedures and systems to optimize efficiency and productivity
Manage the business's marketing and outreach efforts to attract new customers and build the brand in the local community
Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards and environmental policies
Prepare and manage company's annual budget and financial forecasts
Monitor financial performance and identify cost saving opportunities
Secure financing, negotiate contracts and manage relationships with stakeholders
Lead the development and execution of the company's marketing and branding strategy
Manage sales team and operations team to maximize revenues and market share

skills & experiences required.

15+ years of relevant experience in the beauty treatment industry is a MUST; the position is not open to candidates without the industry experience
Proven track record of leading successful business operations and driving growth
Familiarity with industry trends, regulations and best practices
Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is required
Expertise in financial management, budgeting and cost control
Strong analytical and decision making skills
Independent, able to work under pressure and a team player
