■About our Client:Our client is a world-renowned leader in the automotive industry, committed to excellence and innovation in vehicle performance. This is a great opportunity to join a global team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.■Summary of the Position:This role is split between General Affairs (GA) and Human Resources (HR), with the majority of time focused on HR responsibilities. As the GA & HR Specialist, you will manage and execute a wide range of HR functions, from recruitment and labor management to employee relations and global mobility. Additionally, you will support facility management and legal matters as part of your GA duties. The role reports directly to the Country General Manager in Japan and functionally to the VP of HR at the global headquarters. You will collaborate closely with both local and global teams, serving as a trusted advisor to business managers.■Key Responsibilities:★General Affairs (20-30%):・Manage facilities, company assets, and relocation projects.・Support legal matters, including board meetings and compliance.・Oversee risk management and corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects.★HR Operations (50%):・Handle recruitment, payroll, and labor management.・Lead performance management, training, and employee development initiatives.・Manage visa processes and expat procedures.・Oversee HR systems and budget management.★HR Business Partner (20-30%):・Provide strategic HR support to business managers.・Assist in resource planning and talent management.・Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and engagement.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a leading global brand in the automotive sector, working with both local and international teams to drive HR and GA excellence.
求められる経験
■Skills & Experience Required:
・5+ years of experience in HR (HR Generalist or GA role).
・Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and payroll processes.
・Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
・Ability to multitask and work independently.
・Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
・Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., Oracle HCM or similar).
・A growth mindset and adaptability to business needs.
・Interest in the automotive industry is a plus.
