Role: GBS Manager
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Work Shift: Night Shift (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST/6:30 PM - 3:30 AM as per DLS)

- has accountability for the performance and results of multiple related units

Education:
Bachelor’s degree required
Work Experience:

5-7 years of relevant experience
3+ years in RPO environment
Job requirements:
- Strong customer focus and customer service skills
- Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and some ability to analyze, explain, and draw logical conclusions from operational, financial, regulatory and/or business data
- Track record of high achievement
- Demonstrated success working on teams
- At least 2 years of experience in being accountable for the performance and results of a medium-sized team or multiple small teams of employees
- Experience in planning and managing resources to deliver against predetermined objectives
- Proven experiences in addressing complex issues and developing recommended solutions
- college or university degree or the equivalent work experience
Technical requirments:
Proficient with the Google environment including Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Slides
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and applicable tools
