- Resource Optimization: Oversee and monitor Capex and resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization and maximum impact.
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
- SLA Excellence: Design, lead, and manage SSC SLA, RSLA, and governance with customers, ensuring unparalleled service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- KPI Mastery: Set ambitious SSC KPIs targets and process improvement plans with service lines, driving continuous performance enhancement.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze SSC KPIs results, providing detailed insights to drive data-driven decisions and strategic adjustments.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
