We are seeking a reliable and diligent gateman to join our team on a large commercial project in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic construction site, ensuring the smooth and secure operation of the site entrance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control access to the construction site
- Ensure all visitors sign in and out and are directed appropriately
- Monitor and manage site deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized site entrance
- Communicate effectively with site management and team members
- Enforce health and safety regulations at the site entrance
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Valid CSCS card
- Gateman / traffic marshall ticket
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
