Execute and manage trades in foreign exchange (FX) markets, with a core focus on HKD, CNH, and USD currency pairs or fixed income/debt securities instrucments/bond trading.
Develop and implement proprietary trading strategies to generate profits and manage risk effectively.
Monitor and analyze market trends, currency dynamics, and geopolitical factors to inform trading decisions and capitalize on market opportunities.
Conduct thorough research and analysis of market data, economic indicators, and news events to identify potential trading opportunities.
Collaborate with the team to optimize trading strategies, enhance trading systems, and improve overall trading performance.
Monitor and manage the bank's exposure to currency fluctuations, ensuring compliance with risk limits and regulatory requirements.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, providing market insights, trade recommendations, and exceptional client service.
Stay updated with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in FX trading, and leverage this knowledge to drive profitability.

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in G10 FX (prefer with option trading experience)/fixed income/bond trading
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market information.
Proven track record of executing successful trades and achieving consistent returns.
In-depth knowledge of currency dynamics, risk management strategies, and financial markets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high ethical standards in trading activities.
