Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure proper operation.
- Set up and operate fusion welding equipment and tools.
- Ensure all welding work meets quality standards and specifications.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any welding issues that arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Must drive**
- Must be able to work out of town for periods of time
Qualifications
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- Possess a strong work ethic
- Proven experience as a Fusion Welder, specifically using McElroy fusion machines.
- Strong knowledge of fusion welding techniques and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform welding tasks.
- Relevant certifications or training in fusion welding (preferred).
- Eye to detail
- Mechanically inclined
