■Requirements
・10+ years of B2B sales experience in networking or security solutions, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
・5+ years of experience managing a sales team, with a demonstrable ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams.
・Experience selling enterprise-level solutions to C-level executives and technical buyers.
・Proven success in channel recruitment and enablement.
・Expert-level skills in contract negotiation and closing complex deals.
・Strong analytical skills and ability to accurately forecast sales results.
・Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
・Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
・Fluency in Japanese and English is essential.
・Experience with cloud-based solutions is a significant advantage.
