FP&A – Business Intelligence Analyst [International Zone]
Job Summary:
The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for data ownership in the International Zone finance Rituals & Routines. Providing data accuracy in a timely manner, as well as insights (analysis) relevant to the data provision. This role will report to Business Intelligence Manager (within GCC) that reports to the Business Intelligence function sitting in London IHQ FP&A. The ideal candidate will possess have strong attention to detail, good financial acumen, an analytical mindset, and the ability to effectively communicate and business partner with FP&A & supply / procurement finance teams across International zone (6 business units).
Key Responsibilities:
- FINANCE PARTNER: Ensuring accuracy, quality, and timeliness for various reports produced to present business performance and/ or outlook, including but not limited to:
- Global reporting: Monthly Performance Review (MPR), CFO Calls / Finance MPR (Forecast/ Financial Review), offsite decks, board deck
- Internal reporting: Commitment deck (“ILT”), preliminary closing views, daily / weekly sales
- Monitor, check, and highlight key performance indicators by creating additional visibility and tracking forecast changes month to month and/or performance results vs forecast
- DATA TRANSFORMATION: Subject Matter Expert (SME) / product owner for Finance Transformation projects – guiding the creation of output, calculation logic, data source, etc.
- FP&A FINANCIAL REPORTING: Key component in the quarter close and impairment cycle – liaising with WHQ, Global FP&A, and controller team on data provision and audit connect
- KPI OWNER of all financial KPIs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, preference in Accounting or Finance degrees and/or min. 2 years experience in Finance (FP&A or Operations Finance) or Audit if without Accounting / Finance degree
- Strong P&L understanding, Cash Flow statement preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively simplify complex financial concepts.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver against tight deadlines, with a positive, can-do attitude.
