業務内容
-Achieve short- to mid-term business goals through accurate forecasting, results tracking, and updates from key stakeholders.-Monitor and steer brand performance to meet budget, forecast, and Group targets, while managing Group function cost allocations and identifying risks and opportunities.-Develop and enhance internal controls and SOPs in line with Headquarters guidelines.-Drive process optimization, including automation initiatives.-Ensure finance systems, such as SAP, are updated and coordinate implementation, testing, and documentation of changes.-Enforce strict budget controls and internal approval processes.-Oversee team management and personnel development.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in Japanese and English, with strong communication skills in both languages
Experience: Over 10 years of relevant professional experience
