The Manager of FP&A is mainly responsible for three key business processes,1. Develop sales strategies with the budget under the guidance from Country Manager together with leaders of business channels,2. Support the leaders of the channels to execute the strategies and achieve the budgets,3. Lead the global/local commercial initiatives and HQ reporting including the coordination among the commercial team to report to the global meetings. Responsibilities• In line with global and Japan strategy, develop sales strategy collaborating with each sales manager to maximize and leverage sales.• Proactively support sales channels with analysis, projects, reports and highlight sales trend and suggest actions based on the results.• Analyze the PL of each channel and maximize the investment effect.• Closely monitor inventory status and provide scenario of opportunities and risks to properly manage current and future inventory.• Proactively propose new ideas of effective sales operations and support activation to each sales team by sales data and analysis.• Demonstrate leadership as a member of the Japan team and clearly communicate the sales status to the head office and employees by providing effective reports and presentations.• Work effectively and closely with each sales channel and MD.• Collaborate with corporate business management and field teams to report, forecast, and budget.
求められる経験
• Deep understanding and rich experience of WHS, Retail and EC as preferably in outdoor or sports goods company.
• 10+ years of working experience of FP&A or data management experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present the status, assumptions, and recommendations to various stakeholders with articulative communication.
• Business-level in English (Conversation, email, creating proposal materials).
