An international entertainment company is currently hire for a F&A Manager or FP&A Senior MAnager About the role :You will be responsible for leading and orchestrating the financial planning and reporting, analyzingfinancial data, and providing strategic insights to support decision making for global / regional / Japanmanagement team, business functions, Japan CFO and Head of FP&A. The role requires strong analyticalskills, the ability to collaborate with various stake holders, and a passion for driving business growth andfinanance transformation. You will manage 1-2 members as a manager.Responsabilities : • Lead and orchestrate monthly financial forecast process and yearly budget process compliancewith global / regional rules and timeline• Report monthly, quarterly and annual financial data in compliance with grouppolicies and procedures• Support decision making for key stakeholders by providing effective financial analyses in effectivemanner• Continuous monitoring, analysis and review of SG&A costs including head count, capex withrelevant fincutions• Deep dive into Gross Margin planning and analysis (retail price, product cost, royalties, distributionfee etc.) of Physical and Digital revenue to optimizing those cost and ensure appropriate GrossMargin• Assist the Japan CFO and Head of FP&A with ad-hoc financial analysis (e.g. revenue and costanalysis exercises, market trend analysis and KPI reporting)• Undertake miscellaneous administrative duties (e.g. setting up of new project codes, processingurgent payments etc.) and carry out all other ad-hoc duties as required within the overall Financeteam• Active participation in transformation project as Financial Planning lead to ensure the deployment of new system and processes• Act as trusted business partner within our organization, collaborating with people to develop theartists and grow the business in Japan and abroad• Develop, coach and train team membersAbout you:• 5-10 years experience of Financial Planning, Business Planning/Analysis role• People management experience• Strong analytical skills with an ability to work through problems logically and with perspective• Excellent commercial awareness and business acumen and agility to pivot between competingpriorities• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levelswithin the business in English and Japanese
