A staff member who belongs to the FP&A department at the head office and works in the business unit in charge as a business partner, communicating with management and field departments (including overseas group companies) on a daily basis, and supporting decision-making and execution through the following tasks.① Corporate planning/business planning (medium-term plan formulation, business strategy planning, business structure/organization/business analysis, etc.)②Budget formulation/execution management (budget formulation, results confirmation, forecast formulation in management accounting, budget execution management, KPI management, etc.)③Finance rule control, operation management, business reform/improvementScope of change: Duties defined by the company [Highlights of the position]・Be able to be involved in the management of overseas group companies and gain a diverse perspective/experience・By having close communication with local staff, you can acquire cross-cultural understanding and adaptability.・Ability to acquire global leadership through discussions with Japanese headquarters and local executives・There are opportunities to take on key positions in the future, including being assigned to a local subsidiary.
