求められる経験
•Experience in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
•Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
•Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting, with advanced Excel and financial system expertise (e.g., Hyperion, SAP, or similar).
•Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
•Strong leadership and team management experience, with a focus on driving results and fostering development.
•Business level communication in both Japanese and English
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
