As fp&a analyst in this you will have to:

• Supporting in defining reporting packages and dashboards to enable business management to continuously measure and optimize business performance in all key functional areas.
• Manage financial planning and analysis activities, contributing to strategic decision-making.
• Conduct financial modelling and forecasting to support organizational goal.
• Engage in strategic analysis and scenario planning with management.
• Consolidates, reviews and validates proposed budget submissions from different business areas for accuracy and completeness, and partner with related stakeholders for improvements.
• Analyze variance to forecast, budget, monthly reporting, and prior year to proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare standard reports, periodically, as well as ad hoc reports to support the controlling and forecasting processes.
• Participates in the creation, update and maintenance of financial models and detailed forecasts of the Company and future operations.

Minimum 3-5 years of similar experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics from an accredited college or university. MSc or MBA is considered as an asset.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position preferable in FP&A.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
