About the Fostering Team:
The Fostering Team plays a crucial role in recruiting, assessing, and supporting foster carers to provide safe and nurturing homes for children. As a Team Manager, you will:
Lead and oversee the team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Supervise and support Social Workers, promoting professional growth and best practices.
Collaborate with foster carers, children, and multi-agency partners to ensure successful placements.
Monitor team performance to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
Drive service improvements and innovation in fostering.
What You Bring:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified Social Worker.
Current registration with Social Care England.
Proven leadership skills within fostering or children's services.
In-depth understanding of fostering regulations, safeguarding, and support processes.
Strong communication, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
