Responsibilities
Safely operate machinery and forklifts, adhering to Health and Safety regulations.
Knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety Act as it relates to equipment operation.
Move merchandise from one place to another using the forklift
Operate other mechanical devices and/or other controls that operate lifting devices like lift beams
Load, unload, move, and pack materials.
Load and offload materials onto and off pallets skids, and vehicles.
Working outdoors as a Yard Worker.
Qualifications
1 to 3 years of forklift experience, preferably in a food or beverage setting.
Lifting up to 50 lbs and physical effort including lifting, pushing, pulling, and significant walking, bending, and standing.
Forklift certification an asset
