We are seeking a skilled Forklift and Loader licensed concrete batcher to join our team!
As a Forklift and Loader licensed concrete batcher, you will play a crucial role in our operations by efficiently and safely handling materials and equipment within our concrete batching plant.
Responsibilities:
- Operate loaders and forklifts to transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including storage areas and equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Operator bagging machine
- Assist with other duties as needed, including general Labour tasks and plant maintenance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating loaders and forklifts in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Valid certification to operate forklifts and loaders (if required by local regulations).
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations related to equipment operation.
- Ability to work efficiently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual labour and operate equipment for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work overtime, as needed.Monday to Friday normal hours.
