As a foreman, you work result-oriented and customer-oriented. A proactive and solution-oriented attitude are very important. You are enthusiastic and radiate this to inspire the employees. You can communicate well in English and you are willing to learn the Dutch language.

• MBO work and thinking level;
• Experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of Excel, word and outlook;
• Full time available in 2 shifts (38 hours per week). And you are available once every 3 weeks on weekends;
• Willing to be trained at another location (Breda).

As a foreman you will start with an extensive training period at the location in Breda. From March 1 you will be ready to start working in the brand new warehouse in Geldermalsen. As you are responsible for the daily operations of the department. You coordinate the work, work yourself and direct the expedition employees, order pickers and reach truck drivers. In addition, your duties consist of:

• Distributing work, assigning employees and coordinating this with colleagues and internal departments;
• Managing a team of about 15 employees and training new employees;
• Solving problems, when necessary in consultation with the team leader;
• Thinking along about improving working methods and procedures;
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety procedures.
