- You have at least MBO 4 working and thinking level;
- Experience with automated production processes is an advantage;
- You are communicatively strong and enjoy working in a team.
As Foreman Assembly, you will be responsible for VDL's smoothly running assembly process. You manage a team of 9 assembly technicians and 9 logistics employees who work in a three-shift system.
You ensure that the production process runs smoothly, with safety, quality and output being your priorities. You distribute tasks within your team based on everyone's talents, supervise daily operations and independently solve minor problems. In addition, you oversee the registration of hours and materials and identify opportunities to make processes even better.
In this role, you are an indispensable link in the optimal functioning of VDL's advanced assembly system!
