key responsibilities
- Oversee and manage fleet operations, including the coordination and monitoring of vehicle movements and the extralegal benefit program for employees.
- Address any operational issues in the absence of key personnel, ensuring that fleet management runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Quickly adapt to and implement procedures for fleet management with minimal guidance.
- Analyze situations with limited information and make informed decisions based on experience.
- Maintain accurate records of all fleet operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Communicate and collaborate with colleagues and other departments, even if the communication is in French or Dutch, using tools to understand and respond in English.
qualifications
- Fleet management experience is mandatory. This role requires someone with prior experience in managing fleets, but candidates who previously worked in fleet management and have since gained experience in other areas are also welcome.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new procedures and manage fleet operations independently.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills to handle issues and draw conclusions with limited information.
- Fluent in English is a minimum requirement. Knowledge of French and Dutch is beneficial but not a must.
- Ability to work in an operational capacity and handle complex logistics and administrative tasks.
