key responsibilities
The responsibilities for this Finnish Customer Service Agent - Work from Crete role include:
- acting as the first point of contact for all Finnish speaking clients
- responding and recording customer inquiries raised through inbound calls
- maintaining solid customer relationships with Finnish customers abroad by handling questions with speed and professionalism
- troubleshooting and resolving common technical problems
- delighting customers with your knowledge and expertise in order to exceed their expectations
experience
No previous working experience in a similar role is required.

- High adaptability in dynamic working environments & rotating shifts
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Client centric mindset
qualifications
- An excellent level of the Finnish language
- A good level of the English language
