Finishing Foreman/Foreperson

A construction site in Longbenton is seeking to employ a full time Finishing Foreman/Foreperson to start work immediately. The right candidate will have vast experience in finishing work with internals. Work is full time for one year.
As a finishing foreman/foreperson, you'd be responsible for overseeing the internals of the project and ensuring that completed work meets the standards and specifications pre-agreed with clients.
Role
- Monday to friday
- £220 per day CIS (PAYE also available)
- ASAP start
- 1 year of work
Job Description
- Liaising with colleagues and clients
- Overseeing project schedules and ensuring working is completed on time
- Monitoring budgets to avoid overspend
- Supervising construction workers and subcontractors
- Reporting on project progress to senior managers and stakeholders
- Conducting quality and safety inspections
- Ensuring work is finished to the agreed standards
- Maintaining quality control checks
- Coordinating teams
- Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise
- Signing off and handing completed work over to the client.
- Good eye to detail
- Joinery experience
- M&E experience
Must have CSCS & SSSTS.
