Our Client, a GLobal Leader in FMCG industry is looking to hire a skilled Financial Sales Controller to join a dynamic team . In this key role, you will drive smarter decision-making by providing valuable insights into the business's financial performance, helping to optimize profitability and cash flow.Key Responsibilities:1) Financial Reporting & Analysis: Ensure timely distribution of financial data and provide clear analysis and insights on variances, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.2) Month-End Closing: Oversee the accrual process and ensure high-quality financial data for accurate monthly reporting.3) Business Planning & Forecasting: Coordinate the planning and forecasting process, providing data insights and working closely with department heads to meet financial goals.4) Sales Partnership: Act as a trusted finance partner to the Sales team, driving profitability analysis, promotional ROI calculations, and strategic decision-making.5) System Management: Manage reporting tools and ensure accurate data collection and analysis using tools like BI and Hyperion Financial Management.

5+ years of experience in a commercial finance role, ideally within FMCG or a fast-paced industry.
Strong finance and accounting knowledge, with advanced Excel and modeling skills.
Experience with financial reporting tools (e.g., SAP BI, Hyperion) is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing decision-making and achieving financial targets.
Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-energy, team-oriented environment.
